To ensure media inquiries are facilitated as efficiently and effectively as possible, please keep the following guidelines in mind when submitting a request:
- All media inquiries – including requests for information, statements, interviews, and filming – are directed to and coordinated by Providence Living Communications.
- Media representatives visiting a Providence Living facility are asked to notify Providence Living Communications upon their arrival and be escorted by a Providence Living Communications team member (or designate) when on-site.
- Providence Living Communications must receive appropriate written consent from relevant patients, clients, and employees prior to facilitating interview or filming requests.
- Filming requests (commercial and non-commercial) must be accompanied by a written synopsis of the project. If consent to film is provided, a written agreement between Providence Living and the production company may be required.
